Being that you dont get a yearly review with your manager in this job where you go through your strengths and weaknesses and plot future progress course, i've found myself feeling a bit stuck as to where to go next. Please would yo indulge me and try to point me in the next direction.

To help you out ive been doing this for over a year, work up to b/b/g etc but not interested in doing anal or watersports. I do spanking to paddel reasonable bondage levels including wax play. Weaknesses, I was terrible at remembering to e-mail people back when Id started. I had to cancel a shoot early on for a real reason and then just forgot to ever contact the person to re arrange giving t obvious impression. I have really worked on this along with trying to remeber to nag people to return to shoot with them again and to try book my diary up in advance

Strangths wise i think ive got alot better at sex in general, im more aware of what im doing for whom.

BUt what do I do next? I want to create a higher profile for myself but im already on most of the model advertising sites and just got a page on southern charms. What am I not doing? How do I get the bigger companise to look at me? Am I wasting my time have I come as far as I can? What does one do after they have got their foot through the door how do you take this further?

Im sorry this is a bit of an indulgent e-mail but I genuinlywant to know if there is another trick to this that Im yet to learn.

maybe get you self a small recent shot portfolio, some real good either b/g action, or just solo stills. And punt them around big / small producers. You could always try a website, maybe using new studs also looking for free work just to break in.
Just to add as you sorted me out very reasonable rates for our last shoot, i'll shoot you a few free southen charms vids... if you remember to remind me next time we do a shoot

The easiest way for a model to get work is find out what genre you fit into and then email every adult website in that genre you can find.
Don't be pushy and email again and again if they don't get back to you because they may not like you and find it difficult to say that to your face. When they say "we'll get back to you" don't hold your breath... just move on to the next one.
But the most important thing of all is pictures for god's sake.
This is what you do - it's what we make and sell and most producers will not bother chasing you around only to find that you're wrong for the job anyway because you're too fat, thin, tall, short, blonde, Caucasian etc.
All I know about you is that you're called Maisie and that you've worked for some people who may well think you're great but I can't see you at all.
Did these people never send you some pictures that they did of you? If not then did you find their site and get some pics off it?
I talk to several other photographers by email and we're all surprised at just how little some of the (even top professional) models know about this biz and how it actually works.
My best piece of advice is to know your industry and then you'll have no problem finding work.

Post a pic here - maybe I'll hire you regularly who knows?
