I have been a webcam girl for quite some time now, just purely an observation but what your proposing to pay the girls is pretty low.
60p per minute msn shows and 45p directcam shows.

Just as a comparison I earnt over ?100 in just under an hour on friday night on directcam, I was busier than usual granted but I have done this sort of money before so not like it was a one off.

The price we charge the end customer is pretty low, the idea being the lower price beats the competition that charge anywhere from ?1 to ?3 per minute. We keep our price low and therefore generate a higher volume of bookings / web time. We aim to get longer bookings as the average single booking time for those charging above ?1 per minute is normally 10 minutes, so by being low priced we encourage our bookings to last around 20 to 30 minutes. Quantity and quality is what we are after.

The level of traffic we see on our sites for webcam shows is around 30% higher than many sites also using the 'JustCamIt' program as we also incorporate other technology and over 45 different filter sites at the moment.

I would also like to add that I am happy to negotiate a basic per minute rate above the 60p per minute stated if the person doing the shows offers unique / extreame hardcore shows or proves to be popular in terms of bookings volume.
