Hi,

Does anyone have contact details for the people behind the website dirtydebuts.com?

I joined to have a look last night, and the scenes promised in the preview were not there. The links to one of the videos did not work.

And I paid ?21 for this!

The email I send from the website did not work...can anyone help?

If they can't help tell them you want a refund.

I've contacted the website through those 2 addresses, but nobody replies!

Epoch say that this is not an issue for them, but for the website. Which I guess is fair enough.

I can't believe sites like this can just take your money, and then ignore your email!

i have had that problem too, not with this site but with other ones- preview content isn't on the main site and the billing company say it is not their problem it is the websites problem

I've had no email from you at this address (gndmodelling@hotmail.com).

If you have sent one to that address, please post your contact email address in this thread, as there isn't one on your profile, and I will contact you directly myself.

Just to update everyone on this, as i've received some good help and advice from BGAFD members

Alex has contacted me today. He did receive my email, however he said it had been directed to his junk mail.

Alex has offered a refund of PART of my fee for the missing scenes.
