Let's face it - with names like "Spunkyfaces" & "BUKKAKESLAVE" you've scared the crap out of the poor bloke.
If I had that apartment I wouldn't want to be mopping up bucketloads of strangers jizz every morning.

Even so its still professional to reply to any email even if its to state thanks for your enquiry but this is not the type of shoot we are looking for.

To be fair, actually I would have anyone in my apartment for one very good reason...
I've checked out this location and the rents/mortgages are such that they will be a weight round the neck of anyone not in prime financial health at the moment... so I wouldn't turn anyone down.
But either way, you're right it's the done thing to answer all emails.
