It took us just one day to get kicked off Purestorm.
I'll keep that as a badge of honor!
But to all the pretty ladies who contacted us during that day I guess you'd better contact us via more conventional means.

LOL...Join the club.....!!
But their high out of date morals are stopping genuine professional adult models from getting paid work...very sad..!!

I think its funny, but I have to agree Tony.
In times of recession it's no joke..it's difficult enough without having to contend with such Dickensian attitudes. But I guess it's their website so they can do what they want.
They must have been watching us like a hawk tho' to dump us so quickly.
I know we have a tricky reputation that's not everyone's cup of tea, but atleast we're trying to fly the flag for Great British Porn!

This shows yet again that somehow the models who create a profile there and/or net-model and work to at least solo open leg need to know about other sites that openly allow adult profiles eg Glamourfinder and/or have forums where adult work can be discussed eg Models Club.
The girls who do not know the attitude of Purestorm admin must think the individuals or companies they contact are timewasters when they get no response not realising the profile has been deleted, or wrongly assume the individual/company has been deleted due to a poor reputation.

purestorms rules are that you cant advertise for boy-girl at any level. so professional companies cant recruit boy girl, and also amateur wanting a bit of boy girl gonzo cant either. you can shoot upto toys and open leg but cant have that sort of picture on your profile.
members can post joke adverts in the looking for work forum and purestorm dont delete them, but they ban people for adding other posts to their own looking for work section.
the forums are a clique where a few regualrs are nasty to new people who post and cant keep their mouths shut or keep their opinions to themselves.
it is more like a site for glamour i think. also a lot of models on there will arrange shoots but never do a shoot, so it is a bit of a waste of time.

Well our UK photographer started getting messages via Purestorm from models who normally wouldn't give us the time of day cos we shoot edgy fetish. I guess it's the recession effect.
So we signed up and we're actually unusually very grown up about it - following their AUP.
But I think we mistakingly had one image with a copyright tag from one of our websites.
No warning - just chucked off.
