If it is just for photo set and not video, I have the basement of my shop that may be suitable as dark, dingy and was an old prison cell, it has lots of character and cobwebs! We don't have any specific equipment so it may be too sparce for you, but if you are stuck we are based in Hertford, Hertfordshire.
