Hiya I need some certs for a g/g shoot

I live in Sheffield and was told at my hospital it's ?50 for an HIV result and ?15 for each other result - exactly how many other results will I need listed?

im in sheffield tomorrow for the weekend , i would have thought best place would be Hallamshire Hosp since its all been changed , have you tried there

National Health main hospitals are offering free full certs. A few based with us had them done last week; 7 days wait; swab and blood and Hep jab; all for free; and told same at all main hospitals.

hallamshire charges ?50 for HIV plus ?15 for each other result, i've been told i can get everything for ?30 but don't know where

the hospital in Sheffield charges quite a bit, not been told it's free :-S

Basically you will need a HIV, Heb B, Syphilis, Chlamydia and Gonorrhoea test.
If you ever had a Hep jab and you were found to be immune to it then you won't need to retest for it as you cant get it.

Most local GUM clinics will do them for you though they will sometimes charge you up to about ?50 altogether. They can also take up to 3 weeks to get their results back.

I just looked at the hospital you mentioned and they probably charge that amount because they are with Dr Thom who are with SameDay Doctor. These overcharge you big time!

Iif you are willing to go to Manchester you can go to MediLab (Now known as Acumen) who charge ?150 for results within 3 days or the Manchester based Adult Entertainer Medicals who charge ?225 for the first visit then ?125 thereafter with results one the same day or the next day. I know the website says regents park but when you phone up they do have a clinic in Manchester.
It may sound expensive but the A E Med people are brilliant and are a clinic especially for adult workers.

Thats right all hospitals do tests free of charge & will give you a letter highlighting the tests you have had, the Hep b is another needle but very important. Our one gets our tests back to us in about 5 days as we help them spread the word with leaflets about the importance of condoms etc to swingers,escorts & other amateur home movie stars we meet.
