If you see a video rated 18 on it (usually in a circle) then you know its going to not include penetration of anykind

If its rated R18 then you will see penetration

Where the line is vague seems to be in the marketing
Many top models have made vids like Sex Wild,Sex Party etc all rated 18 that contain no sex/penetration at all....

Beggears belief how the word Sex can be used to sell a product that doesn't contain anything other than softcore titillation
A little bit like the use of the word PORNSTAR...I could name hundreds of pornstars on the web that have never had sex on camera.....marketing again

Course, there is also the fact that h/c can be whatever you want it to be - to hijack the weekly debate here about whether Teresa May has done h/c (I know, yawn...)
