Hi
Credit where credit is due. I would like to thank you for starting off without doubt, the funniest thread I have read this year on BGAFD.
At first, I thought it was a wind-up, a Monty Pythonesque Channel 4 type comedy script. But no, this is serious!
Good stuff. moderators can I please suggest a legal forum to be started within BGAFD?
Potential threads might include: An Introduction to Tort in the UK; Early Anglo Saxon Legal Devices and their relevance to modern day porn; The lessons learnt from the case of Anali Vegas v. Regina.
I suspect my personal favourite would be - No shows - the right of redress for a broken verbal/email contract under UK law.
Many thanks - keep it coming.
David
PS Did I miss your reply to the poster who asked for the example(s) of where you have enforced this contract in a UK court?
