Take them to the small claims court, you have a good case and it will cost you virtually nothing to do so..

My own warning to models is:
ALWAYS GET PAID ON THE DAY, DON'T FALL FOR THE, "WE'RE A BIG COMPANY SO WE PAY IN 30 DAYS" CACK.....IT'S LIES!!!!!!!! WHAT THEY ACTUALLY MEAN IS.......THEY HAVE NO MONEY TO PAY YOU!!!!

it doesnt matter if your the biggest producer on the planet you should pay at the end of the shoot..

Always ask for cash
There no excuse as most shoots are booked in advance they have plenty of time to get the money.

Have to agree with Secretchick always ask for cash & if they can't arrange it with notice walk away, if they are serious & genuine they will pay on the day no matter how big or small the company is none of them are too important to pay you.

We always pay by cheque our accountant hates us using cash as it looks dodgy on our books..
If your from outside the UK we pay cash though.
