Location for hire in North East

If any producers or amateur video/photographers are looking for a great (but still inexpensive) location to shoot, I have a 2 bedroom flat available. It has a large sitting room and a large bedroom, perfect for anyone who needs a lot of space.

Also, being a photographer, I have a small Portaflash studio setup too that you can use for free.
As for the rental price, it would be ?30 for a half day and ?50 for the full day.
