Public/flashing shoots

Any models /photographers here have any experiance in doing these type of shoots ?
Am not thinking of doing a shoot in a shopping centre/town centre but more like parks and industrial estates.
Any tips /advice welcome.
Shoots would ne south west essex/east to north east london areas and poss north kent.
so any models or people who know good locations also welcome.
