YEah PaintshopPro is a great one. There are a lot of other ones such as IrfanView which are free and will be good enough for doing teh job you want.
By teh way your Indian girl looks great. Any more info on her?

I use Irfanview, a great bit of freeware. Haven't tried making a collage but things like converting bitmaps to jpegs, resizing, & cropping are a snap. You can also easily adjust color, gamma, contrast & brightness in real time.

Irfanview is an excellent general image viewer, with easy to use facilities. To do what you want you simply draw a box with the mouse round the part of the image you want, then press Ctrl-Y. There is no faster way to do it in any program.

It's free, often updated, and very stable.

I always use the Gimp (no not the rubber clad slave from Pulp Fiction). The Gimp does exactly what Photoshop does except that it is totally free.

Wow, thanks joe. Nice looking girl/site. I had seen her picture before but never knew who she was or that she had a site. Well found.
