my pet hate at the mo, rico has found alot of new girls that get snapped up and then can only be booked by the bigger companies, and I'm sure she will too, I know its only business but big company or small company if you have a good rep, have certs and shoot for online content it should be fair game.

Paul...The key is to find your own girls. Some would rather stick to a small circle before they go onto other companies.

They are relatively easy to find depending on how many girls you need. Lets face it most girls come from the lesser known or small scale producers anyway.

I have no trouble finding them, but if I wanted to shoot them again I can't because of other people signing them up. I am lucky up here in the north east I must admit alot are open minded and will try things.

Although not mentioned in public circles, 'certain companies' have already built a negative rep with the smaller independent producers, that won't be repaired easily. When the larger work dries up, they won't have a fallback, so more fool them.

Paul, you're doing quite nicely on your own mate, and shooting some great girls, so i wouldn't worry if you keep finding new girls without issue. That's what the punters like and there's plenty of established stars who can be booked directly. I've not used an agency yet.
