Hi Chris,

Just need to pick your brain for a second regarding Certs.

1. Where do you get your Certs. from?
2. How much do they cost?
3. When you apply what do you ask for - in terms of getting the full go-ahead for when I perform in films? Basically is there a list of health checks / screenings we have to pass.

I used to perform before using protection but know I want to get back into the scene but having full Certs. Any more advice would be grateful as well.

Kinda depends on where u live mate, but in answer to ur questions:

1. There are 2 options really for me, both in london. I go to the WMP clinic at St marys Paddington, processing time is a week (net result: need testing every 3 weeks). Other option is Charing cross, tends to be a little quicker @ 3-4days.

2. WMP is free, charing cross ?35 i believe.

3. You just have to be honest really and tell them what you need it for, and get a certificate containing results for Hiv 1&2 and a full sti screening.

Just to add Charing Cross are great and they have tested some adult performers so they are used to dealing with it when you have to tell them why you need full certs.
