What do you look for in a shoot location?

Hi All,

Long time reader, first time poster. :)

A friend of mine has a really nice large country house nr Bexhill, East Sussex.

Plenty of reception rooms, bedrooms with en suite, spa, sauna, stables, barn, land, massive drive etc etc. Very private and very nice location.

There is also a totally separate annex with its own living, dining, kitchen etc etc

My questions are ( and naturally you'd like to see pics)

1. viability of renting it for photo/video shoots?
2. what is the going rate (thats the going rate.. not what you'd like to pay. ;) )
3. what facilities (technical?) would you like to see?
4. would the thought of being able to use the annex for overnights be appealing?
5. how best to advertise?

I hope you can offer some valuable feedback.

Happy Porning!

:)

hi guys thanks for those who emailed.

i spoke with my mate and we're gonna take some pics and set up a small website (easier for everyone to see pics instead of emailing people)

however he's a jammy b'stard and going on hols for two weeks.... so might not happen till new year.

am still keen for actual answers to the questions.

would be good to know especially on tech side ( im thinking you need special power for lighting?)

and if you dont want to discuss what we should be charging on here please email me.

thanks again
