Topcat Studios are 3 studios available for pro crews, adult stars, beginners and fetish groups who want to play, photograph or video the action. All 3 studios should be fully operational by early September.
Studio 3 1000 sq ft
Full dungeon with furniture, (cross, throne, cage, swing, r/bench, whipping bench etc., 12 pieces in total ) clothing & accessories, with nightclub theme/pole dance & fully fitted bar on opposite side. Disco equipment is live, as we have disco company, and is 3000 watt hi clarity system, with 16 lights (Gobo, Psychedelic, Strobe etc) - cable winch light gantry, twin decks, SFX mixers, Quad CD Decks, twin amp system, with Karaoke and stage quality radio mikes. Fog, mist, snow, bubble and wind machines.
Bar is also live, so goes well with disco if needed.
Also the studio has open plan twin shower unit for wet shoots, and full facilities of toilet, kitchen, changing area.
Ideal for parties, groups, clubs, events as well as the pro shoots.
Studio 2 is 1400 sq ft
has 40 moveable sets, with 16 backdrops, and scenic backgrounds, bedroom, schoolroom, office, army camp, jail, fantasy, etc., etc., White area and black area.,
Roller shutter that will take cars, small boat etc.,
Studio 3 is 800 sq ft
Has a reception area hi spec fittings good for pro shoots, small doctors room, and 440 sq ft flash studio, with backdrops etc., Changing, toilet & kitchen.
All studios have props, ((chairs, sheets, pictures, beds, tables, library backdrop -the famous one seen in all shoots, plus other similar ones such as staircase, woodland, beach etc., etc., (for example the army shoot has an ex Chieftain tank camo net, army issue webbing, scarf, vest, boots, camo face paint, hat, bullet belt, AK47 auto rifle, etc.,))
Equipment available is 7 flash head studio lights from 500watt to 1000 watt, 4 video continuous lights from 3200 k to 5000 k output, 10 various size soft boxes, gels, snoots, reflectors, barn doors etc., Full length body reflectors, triflector, beauty lite, camera and light booms, chain drive backdrop systems,
Hi spec Canon 5D & 30D cameras with pro 2.8F lens selection. Panasonic 550 hand cam 12x Leica optic broadcast quality. Light meters, radio flash triggers, chargers etc..
Editing suite with 1290, 2400, 3800, 4800 Epson printers for proof, contact sheets and promo prints, plus 4990 scanner.
Digital projector & screen. American Primera robotic arm automatic CD copier & printer.
Studios to hire from ?15.00 to ?30.00 per hour, pro shoot discounts & multiple studio use discounts. Studio 2 and 3 have a moveable divider so can be combined.
Stills cameras and cameraman from ?15.00 per hour, includes quick photoshop crop & balance up to 32mb tiff files.
Due to the fact that we work from this site with fetish, glamour and modelling portfolios, we are able to maintain this low price at very high quality.
We also assist as second camera stills producer for pro crew shoots.
Also to hire over 300 lingerie (over 70 styles of basques, 6 pro corsets, 100 suspender sets, 50 nightwear, etc.,), Space Age, PVC, leather, bondage, fetish wear all brand new. (Shirley Hollywood, Allure, Got, Taboo, Dreamgirl, Electric etc only the best) Coloured bondage tapes.
Wigs, gloves, stockings, belts, hats, club wear, platform shoes, boots & thigh highs (60 pairs)

Company car for shoots is a new BMW Z4 cream nappa leather top spec convertible model.
As a distributor we can also sell the lingerie styles that we use to hire out for shoots, catalogues are on site with trade prices (well below web resellers prices) to performers. Delivery is 2 to 4 weeks, as we do not speed drop, which helps to keep our prices the lowest.
We also have a picture frame manufacturing business, so you can have any hi spec adult style prints framed, with coloured mounts, inlays, stylish designer frames etc.
Next to Studio 1, we even have a professional teeth whitening business (same one that dentists use), so in between shoots, you can even get a make-over. Models rate is ?20.00 per 20 minute session.
Studios are brand new building, with private free car park for 20 cars. Secluded and open 24/7.
Complimentary soft drinks, tea & coffee are available for the models.
Studios are near to Dudley West Midlands 5 minutes local rail station, 30 minutes Birmingham 45 minutes NEC Exhibition centre & airport.
For main contracts we have company cars for collecting models from airport or station if required.
