We're looking into venues for the party this year, and provisionally pencilling in Thursday 12th July in London. The main problem is that the clubs have quite a high capacity, so I'm looking for an indication of how many people might come along. Ticket price is likely to be ?20, free for girls of course, and profits will go to cheridy (charity(s) TBD).

Having not been to previous events, can anyone give a guide as to whether this date/location is likely to be popular?

How about not being so London-centric (the 'similar' Adult Film Awards are likely to be there in November anyway, alongside Erotica) and looking further afield? The new Adults Only consumer show is in Birmingham from the 5th to the 7th of October - perhaps coinciding with that might be a fine idea as it should be packed with porn performers anyway, and venues won't be so keen to fleece you...?

I'm all for both - sure, 12th July in London, why not? Then maybe something a bit more low-key in Brum in October, tie it in with the Adults Only show.
For 20 quid - or maybe even a shade more - people aren't going to be out of pocket.
