free mini website

hi,
ive been speaking to some people on the forums and i think it might be a good idea to offer a free 'mini website' to an actress looking to promote herself.
what you need:
--------------------
you need a domain name and website hosting. (i,and others here, can advise on the best deals)
you will supply me with the information for the site (about yourself,contact details and all photographs to appear on the site)
the finished product will be 100% owned by yourself! i will simply upload it into your webspace!
what im offering:
---------------------
a free design and development of a 'mini website' which will be used as a showcase piece. The free site will consist of an entry page, homepage, about the actress, small photo gallery and contact information.

i was going to offer this on a 'first come, first served' basis, but ideally i would like to do this for someone whos maybe starting out and in need of a small website to show what they can do.
