If you are going to buy host space first thing is to make sure it's host adult stuff. Then you will need a host that gives you loads of bandwidth and storage space. Most host give you a free domain name when setting up.

My host is OK: 110GB storage space, 1110BG transfer (bandwidth), SSL included.

To accept payment you would need someone like CCbill to install there scripts. As for interactive sessions I'm not sure as it's not my area. I'm sure someone will sugest something.
