i am hoping in the next few weeks start my own locallly based company and am looking for advice on how to get talent to work with , i am based in cornwall and as it is very quiet round here dont know the best way to advertise

i currently have a couple of girls lined up who are willing to do upto and including hard g/g and possibly b/g

i am looking for girls for photographic and video work

any ideal or suggestions greatly appreciated
