If I can offer some technical advice?
It is better to use SWFObject.js (google it - it's free and easy to use) to embed Flash. Using this method will ensure that there is plugin detection. With out, viewers may see broken or no content or may get an 'Active X' install diallog or strange things in Firefox.
Of course you could just tell me to bog off!!!!
