Trouble with those people Jay is they dont want to pay for the good guys thinking that most guys will do it for nothing...And they are right, most guys would....and how they do it is a complete waste of time formeveryone concerned...You get what you pay for in this world is an obvious thing to say on this subject.

They're bored with the same guys being around and are looking for new faces or those not used enough.

I dunno Joe... I don't think I ever failed to deliver - I'll be the first to admit I was nowhere near premier league, but confidence comes out of experience and with confidence and experience comes improvement etc. etc... in one way it's like the old Catch 22 situation... But to say they were/are fed up of the same old faces - well, I don't see many willing to give new faces much of a chance - even those that have proved they CAN do it.
