find the pic on the net you want to use then right click it, goto properties, then where it says Location right click where it says http:// and choose Select All, then right click again and choose Copy, then come back to the forum and post it like

then paste in the address here using Right Click then Paste here, then

[/img]

to close the tags

so it will look like
