New Forum For UK Adult Producers!

is a new forum for all producers of UK adult material and by this we mean anyone who produces material that is published.

The producers section is password protected. Absolutely no one involved in production is allowed in, simply because it is not the BGAFD. You have toregister to join and get a password to get into the producers section.

The purpose of the forum is for producers to get together, network and deal with issues facing us producing in the adult industry and will involve projects that some may take advantage of if they so wish.

Furthermore, in light of recent events, we can get our heads together and act as a watchdog on pirates...believe me things can be done. Its not an overnight affair but its a start. Theres more than one way to skin a cat and we aint talking violent retribution either.

This offer is open to any and all producers, whether you get on with someone or not, its a chance to increase your business potential by getting together on this forum.

Models may like to note if you are new to the industry, this is where you will get all the producers who will mean anything from amateur to professional, rather than taking pot luck with unknown amateurs that cant be answered for.

There is also a general section if any of you feel you want to belly ache, rant or big up your favourite producers. Constructive criticisms please. Straight up negative comments will be met with the same vitriol and offenders will be tossed the fuck out. This is not a forum for people to engage in chat that can be found here so please don't see it as a substitute for doing so.

All things said, I see www.ukadultproducers.com as a forum of action that should improve our place in the marketplace as well as have a unified voice on more important aspects about changing legislation and other important attitudes.

Furthermore it gives us all a chance to discuss things that shouldnt be discussed here on this forum in view of everyone.

I'd like to thank the good people here, Phil K and Woodgnome for letting me tell those of you who are interested about this....See you on the other side...

Oh yeah...I'm still gonna be around here though. You aint getting rid of me that easy ha-ha-haaaaah!

Not knocking this site before it's even started, but a forum the claims to look after other producers interests, that's run by producers doesn't sound very impartial. If the moderators and owners are forum owners than I'm sure that anyone that doesn't agree with their point of view can be effectively silenced.

Terry sez:
Spot on Brerbear...We're not here to be impartial, otherwise we'd be here on the BGAFD lol. Not knocking BGAFD but they don't want antagonism here. Nor do we, but I like many others may have to face adversity in many forms and the only way to deal with the fight is behind curtains.

Isn't this laying blame on the amateurs doorstep yet again, something that I'm sure you've done your utmost to stop with past postings. I'm sure there are plenty of amateurs that 'mean something'. And what about the 'professionals' who 'mean nothing'. I think there's a few industry professionals who are a menace to the industry that are always exploiting new models in more ways than just financially. Will they be allowed to be members? If so, who decides that they 'mean anything'. And if they are not allowed who is deciding that they mean nothing.

Terry sez:
Theres no nice way of saying it Brerbear but most often than not, amateurs are time wasters that let models down from being fickle (man, I've got an answer for everything. I love it). I'm not saying amateurs are bad but if amateurs have work published then they are considered more serious than some one who does it privately. Kim is amateur but in retrospect she is professional as she is recognised by the producing community. I consider myself the same though I've been labelled professional.

Brerbear wrote:
To be truly impartial, shouldn't someone who is not associated with adult production be appointed as moderator?

Terry sez:
Pfft! No! it says UK Adult Producers...Its about us. This isnt about impartial...

Brerbear wrote:
Not sure what you can offer that AITA or the BGAFD forum cannot, but for an industry that needs to oopose monopolies and not encourage them, this could be facing in the wrong direction.

Terry sez:
We're not offering anything but to unite the producing community a bit more since we're often the ones to be attacked and not reaping the full rewards for it...We're closing ranks here Brerbear....and I dont want issues diluted by having the general populace muddying the waters. Thats my opinion anyway, whether its shared by anyone else remains to be seen but i still feel we can cook up a banquet together than just settle for a cup of tea out there on our own....so to speak

Furthermore Brerbear: Amateurs don't really care about issues regarding the industry that affects us on a daily basis so i don't feel they have a place here on this forum. Let an amateur producer start up their own forum...If they can really be bothered. But you and I know better dont we that they wont bother.

I have no problems with amateurs...Just no time for arm chair hobbyists who dont mean anyhting to the industry where issues like what we will deal with are concerned

Sounds like a bloody good idea Terry...a behind-closed-doors environment where names can be named and so forth. I also applaud your efforts in trying to get organised to take on piracy, as UK producers have enough hurdles to overcome without these parasites as well.

When I used to distibute videos, I remember that FACT wanted nothing to with adult stuff (or indeed anything not put out by the studios that fund it)...an adult anti-piracy organisation would be very useful over here, and dare I say long overdue.

Sounds a good idea to me too Terry.

But being an amateur myself I'll wait and might hopefully get in sometime later.

Thanks for your show of support Brerbear..and your faith in people who don't really care what goes on in the industry other than the quality of the product they have just forked out to buy...

Your kind of antagonism is exactly the sort of thing that holds people back than makes a path forward.

As I've said, the forum is there to help unify the industry to get things done not deal with semantics.

Things were in progress before the forum was even launched.

I must say I've only been working with Bill and Maxe for just about 18 months so no doubt I wont qualify to be apart of this new forum but I must say as the new boy I can see both sides to this but my question is what is the level of qualification? Im talking about what qualifies an adult producer to get in which surely cant be who knows who and from what I have already seen of the industry it is very competitive so could a place of hyper competitive heads work or will it be a workshop of copiers?
brerbear I have researched your postings and I enjoy them
