Do they do anything else apart from smoke?

I remember several years ago doing a shoot in Tower studios in London (Micks) and in the next studio the other side of the curtain there was a bloke doing a smoking shoot with 2 girls and they had to smoke continuousley for about 2 hours, one of the girls puked her ring up as i remember would this be anything to do with yourself.
