Raven, I've seen a fair number of people complaining on forums over the past few months that Nochex have blocked there accounts etc. and there has been rumours that they are getting like Paypal in regards to anything adult. However, it does appear that those rumours are not true, it seems that the problems are more to do with whether you're legal or not. Apparently it depends on if they approve your site or not, whether your details are verifiable (a lot of accounts that have been frozen have apparently been in different names to the name assocaited with the website etc.) and whether you're registered as a business (i.e. people with personal accounts using them for business use). Basically it seems that as long as you stick to the rules and the law then Nochex have no problem with adult stuff. I don't have any experience of using Nochex other than as a customer paying for goods/services, this info is based purely on what I've read on some other forums from those with similar issues as you're having.

They have stopped the sale of adult Dvd's and a few regular webmasters have complained about having their accounts closed. As for me, like Paul L, no probs but I get about one sale a month through them any way..LOL

We get quite a few sales via Nochex and I can't really fault their service for us.

Cheers

Thanks....the person in questions has a regisitered business and has had an account with them for over 12 months and has changed nothing since they started using them.....so as for their conditions she has followed them...

we will just have to wait and see what they have to say to her in reply to her e-mail...

Thanks guys
