For what it's worth, what I think you're doing wrong:

I think your rates are reasonable, but the way you have worded your terms and conditions suggest an inflexible attitude which would put me off and make me think you might be a bit "difficult".

Your website is painfully slow. Some people might just give up before it has loaded.

By the way, I don't think you're too old - Libby Ellis is old and last I heard she's busy. You look pretty sexy to me.

Piczo is always slow due to the silly adverts and stuff, and the images need to be thumbnails and thenlarger not all large

For around ?30-45 a year u can get basic hosting with a template style interface like piczo and moodfruit, only NO ADVERTS

I can point a few companys out hell i could even set up a sample package on my server if you wanted to have a look at one then all u need is a domain so about ?13 a year for com and .co.uk combind so what about ?40-60 maximum for it all ?4 or?5 per month is neither here nor there in the grand scale
