Just to let you know that further to my other posting on standby models, i've opened a yahoo group:

http:uk.groups.yahoo.com/group/modelswithtests

So if you are a producer/ photographer etc and you've got shoots planned for the forthcoming week

OR

You're a model and just wanna get your name out there and let people know you're tested and available for work, then please join the group.

Oh and please spread the word as it benefits all of us.

Cheers.
Oh and if the mods still want to build a seperate section for this from bgafd towers, i'll be very grateful. ;p

Lara I just sent you an email and as you're with AOL... I hope it arrives. I sent it from my Freeserve email address and I often find that emails to AOL users vanish in to a black hole..

Can you let me know if you receive it please. If not I'll send it from a Hotmail address I have :)

Hi Joe A,
Got your mail and your comments are duly noted. I'd already thought about how I could work out who was bonafide and who wasn't and couldn't think of how to get round that one as I don't know every single person involvoed in this biz ;p

Dead easy to verify :)

Any names you don't recognise, you email asking them for proof. As I said in my email the number of surfers who try it on with my 4 affiliate programmes. With these affiliate programmes a site is meant to be listed and so verified in the aplication. I visit the site and if it's live and ok, I give them info they need in a welcome email. If they don't check out, they get "Please supply more details" email.

It is more work, but considering the type of forum it is.. "INDUSTRY," it might be worth a couple of seconds to ask for more details :)

Or another idea as the Yahoo group is so new...

Do the hosts of your site provide your webmaster with a "Control Panel" ? If so, quite a few of these have ready made Php forums. These can be customised to suit the needs and are much better than a Yahoo group. You can see one in my sig :)
