Yeah, I had that problem when I tried to buy the Kelle and Adele dvd last week. Tried it twice and then thought "sod it". I got a confirmation e-mail that looked like it was sent before payment had been received.

Yeah, it's just some kind of bug in the shopping cart software. In actual fact, all the orders and payment details are coming through fine and they are being acted on as I type. And of course we know to only send one instance of any particular order - no matter how many times customers have pressed the 'Buy' button at their end. Hopefully we'll be able to get that bug ironed out by the software vender (the dude who wrote the code) in due course. So, to round up - the VA shop is working fine, despite any spurious error messages you may encounter.

Received mine this morning. Had seen clips of this stuff before but terrific to have these scenes in their entirety and in decent quality.
