Hi Producers

Streaming is the best way to sell your films, straight to the viewer by credit card?

Hi Mike, is that a question or your opinion? it starts off sounding like an opinion but it has a question mark at the end.
Streaming can be successful but a lot of surfers prefer to be able to download the films.

Hi Tas,
yes it is a question as I want to know what other filmmakers think. I have suffered from piracy and I think that streaming might stop copying?

Most surfers prefer to download movies rather than stream.
Theres also lots of software out there which will let you save streams.

We've found from experience with multiples sites that streaming is more popular, provided people have a good fast connection. It's instant and saves disk space, but download is probably preferable for people with connections below 512K.

We encrypt all of our content using DRM technology which prevents a usable stream from being saved. This probably isn't foolproof, but compared to DVD "protection" it's much more secure.
