I am not a betting man, but would anyone want to give me odds for a bet of this site still being around in a year.
If you are charging ?1.99 per month for membership I can't see how you can make money. Take off the processing fee (who will be doing the processing?) then pay for model fees, bandwidth etc and you will not have much left over!!
Your site does not say what type of work the models would be expected to do - is it hardcore or softcore?

Paul you make a good point...
@ ?1.99 Less CCbill as an examples 16% - 63p = ?1.36
Lesss the 5% 6 month holdback - 10p = ?1.35
Then as you say hosting etc. has to be added on and maybe even affiliates who will need to be on at least 50%. I hate to think how long they'll last...
