IF, I stress IF, all was agreed between you before the meeting, then tell her to piss off.
HOWEVER, I assume you are an amateur who found the girl through whatever medium and when she arrived, she did not like you or feel comfy, in which case, don't fuckin moan on here.
Both or either scenarios are correct UNLESS there was some wierd and wonderful happening that you have not mentioned, in which case - please enlighten us.
How long should a model stay
Re: How long should a model stay
being an amateur is irrelevant some of these girls have the attitudes of prostitutes and if they think they can wring another 20,30,40 quid out of you they will.if she starts acting like a cunt tell her to piss off.and pay the money at the end of the shoot.if they are a female performer they have to perform what was agreed first before they get paid..i once booked one very well known model through walpole and it was a very well paid job and i estimated it would take 4 hours.as she was on the way she phoned me and i said if all went to plan we could get it done in 3 hours.she insisted that walpole had told her it was a 2 hour booking.after we argued on the phone i told her to forget it.i phoned debbie at walpole and she said she would phone her and try and save the booking.i told her to forget it as the girls attitude stank.it turned out she had got another more lucrative booking and she was trying to squeeze them both in

"Having set up a meeting with a model to do a xxx b/g video I was firstly let down by her lateness, then,as is getting more frequent, her attitude."

Re: How long should a model stay
Of course it's not only chav 'models' that can be unreliable, I once experienced the very same scenario as you davey, with a 'proper' premier league glamour model. The studio was booked, another top model had been booked (g/g), then, late in the evening of the day before the shoot, I get a call from a third party (she couldn't front me up herself because she knew she was doing wrong) to say she wouldn?t be able to come as some other opportunity had presented itself. An opportunity that might lead to bigger things. So, it wasn't only me she fucked up, but also the girl who rents the studio and the other model, who was supposedly her friend. I was livid, not just for myself, but for the other girls. How could she do that to these other people who thought they had a day of work booked? She just simply dropped them in it without any compunction at all.
I don't know about you, but I just can't get my head round this kind of behaviour and attitude. If I have deal with someone, I have a deal. Doesn?t matter if a better offer comes along later. My word is my bond.
Anyhow, she phones me up a couple of weeks later, to ask if I have any more work! Well, of course I had a set to with her and proceeded to educate her about the alien (to her) concepts of trust and honour. I was like a father wagging the finger at a naughty child, pointing out the error of her ways. And, like a child who knows she has done wrong in these situations, she then put the phone down and flounced off. That was a few years ago now and I haven?t worked with her since - although we are now back on e-mail terms.
I'm not one to hold grudges, I said my piece and made it perfectly clear how disgusted I was with her actions, and that was that. Hey, I would have her back tomorrow, she was the real deal, and the punters were keen too. Sadly, like most of the old proper models she's more or less hung her garter belt up now. There is one saving grace though. When a true star plays up you can forgive them the odd tantrum - Marilyn Monroe was notorious for turning up late (or not turning up at all!) on set. But she was such a divine goddess in every other respect that it just didn't matter.
