Editors

I'm looking for any editors who want to cut their teeth on some of our future projects. I'm particularly looking for newcomers who won't charge extortionate rates as budget is a major factor for us at the moment. We shoot on Mini DV or or DVD. If you are an editor or know of a good CHEAP editor let me know, Thanks.
