HIV Cert's, Where can I get one?

I wonder if anyone can help me here? I have had an oppotunity to take part in a film, but I don't know where I can get my HIV cert from in South London. I was tested at the GUM clinic, but obviously this isn't enough as I need to get a cert. If anyone knows of a place near Croydon where I can get my certs from, it would be great.
I'm keen to get on and get this done as soon as possible.

Hi,
The St.Helier hospital is near you and they don't mind doing tests every 4 weeks and its only 3o quid. 1 week to get results back.
