WANTED: cameraman and editor 2005 WANTED: camerama

I'm a freelance producer for Television X, been working for them for a while now with shows such as Glam Hell, Under The Skin, Planet Nadia and Alias Kellemarie. Latest is A Christmas Carol (with Pascal as Scrooge), airing this month. I'm based in London and to date have shot all my stuff here.
In 2005 I want to start shooting hard and soft versions of my shows and I'm looking to form strong working relationships with both a freelance cameraman and editor. TVX like my stuff (all of it softcore so far) because it's a bit arty and, in the words of one of my bosses, "he takes care". So basically I can't hire anybody if their work doesn't have a strong creative edge to it in addition to basic technical competence -- for the cameraman, dynamism in the footage, interesting and erotic angles, a focus on the character of the performers, not just fucking bodies; for the editor, a sense of rhythm, dramatic tension and how the juxtaposition of one shot next another can create something fresh and electric; and for both, an understanding that creativity in porn has to up the horn factor rather than get in the way of it.
CAMERAMAN
You will your own Mini DV camcorder. You will be shooting the soft while I shoot the hard. You will also need to be OK shooting in natural daylight, which I nearly always do.
EDITOR
You will own your own Mac, be using Final Cut Pro and obviously have the means to import Mini DV footage into your computer. I haven't decided yet whether you'll be editing the soft or the hard.
