unless you get a recommendation from someone you know personally who has worked with them, i would approach with extreme caution.
they claim to have been in production since 2001 yet they don't mention anything that they've actually produced.

'show reel' offer sounds dodgy in the extreme.
the identity of the owner of nova-films.co.uk has been hidden: "Muahaha - THE REGISTRANT IS AN INDIVIDUAL WHO HAS ELECTED TO HAVE THEIR ADDRESS OMITTED FROM THE WHOIS DATABASE"
a google search on nova-films.co.uk produces only one result... your original post in this thread!!
of course, this may all be misleading and they could be a perfectly reputable outfit but there's no evidence to suggest that they are what they say they are.
