Not much to go for Tom Byron from your caps, but in my opinion not TB.
If the scene would be shot early/mid 80's, then a maybe, but the
guy looks much younger then TB in the early 90's.

TT1 + 2 are listed as from 1996.
If the material of Linda, Kirsty and Ilse was shot around 1993/4 I
assume, that they weren't active in 1996.
