Trying to find a movie

Hi all
I'm trying to find a movie, but I can only remember a few scant details. It would probably have been from the mid 90s.
It's all set around making a movie. Everyone's wearing 1920s (maybe 30s) style clothing. I remember it being a movie they were making in the film as one scene involves a guy having sex with the makeup artist in her trailer.
The only other thing I remember is it ends in an orgy in something like a ballroom with people coupling up on the floor, the stairs etc. For some reason it sticks in my head that there's one very pale and fat woman in that final scene.
If anyone can recognise the movie from that poor description, I'll be amazed and eternally grateful!
