I did a quick research and found the cover of this vid and the on screen title.

I'm not sure if this is a compilation.
Maybe I make a review in the next days.

On jeedoo.com is stated, that the release year is 1998.
If this would be correct, it would be a very early appearance of Silke.
Her filmlist at iafd and egafd starts with the year 2001.

About the correct title:
I would prefer the title from the cover: "Omas & Opas im Sex-Rausch"
The on screen title: "Oma's u. Opa's im Sex-Rausch" is far away from
correct German language and it is also nonsensical (Oma's = genitive
singular). Even the hyphen in "Sex-Rausch" is not only superfluous, it is
simply bad grammar.
