Is there a way that you can view actresses by their image? So you can just scan through them and see which ones you like the look of?

Sorry, no.
It wouldn't be a bad thing to have [especially for the XNKs] but at this late
stage it would effectively mean disassembling the db and rebuilding it from
the ground up.
