Thanks, but we rely on beutelwolf for these IDs. We have a note that can only have come from him that rejects this idea, in spite of the similarities. For Helga Richter the note says 'previously conflated under Inga Werdenigg, source of ID article in the magazine Praline from 1976'.

In my opinion, v017 is correct. Helga Richter is Inga Werdenigg. I have reviewed all of Werdenigg's known appearances, and she always shows a distinctive mole in the center of her right cheek. Below are screenshots showing this diagnostic mark:
