This raises an interesting point- how far should the db go in tracking
changes in a girl's appearance?

It's not as simple as merely listing and illustrating every tiny nuance,
otherwise the server would be overloaded by pics of every new hairdo
a gal ever gets. There's also my own observation that often the grosser
changes [sometimes in both senses of the word!] presage or accompany
a tailing-off in a girl's active career as she shifts the emphasis on to
photos/web/dancing/'escorting' etc.- and in my view the db ought to
represent her as she is/was during the active period rather than her
'post-porn' look.
An example: Claudia Ferrari was much the same throughout her career [and
very nice too]- but at the end she did a handful of films after massive
collagen-injections to her lips and with greatly inflated boobs. To serve
the db's main function of identification/delineation I think the majority
of pics should show her in 'original showroom condition'. You'll see that
her gallery currently has just the one 'post' pic [which, to be fair, needs
improving].
A more involved example is Megan Cole/Noemie- she had a load of tats done
and considerable surgery [which broke many hearts]- but the important point
for me is that she did a few flicks after she'd had the alterations- so
the db had of course a duty to detail these in all their [debatable] glory.

Returning to Bibi: a quick trawl thru iafd's 2013 listing for her suggests
much if not all of that is pre-enhancement material- until we can find
moving pics of her with the add-ons its hard, in my view, to justify
putting up post-surgical pics.

As a consolation, I've just added a recent Bibi title [DP, so I suspect it
was shot a year or two ago], and a couple of pics : -)

BTW, I've seen some pics of her with the contacts- you didn't mention
they were Hallowe'en ones: it looks as if she's auditioning for a zombie
flick : -)

I worked with her in april, and she also used the contact lenses. Cause with some problem her scene was not used. If you give me an email I can send you some photos if you want.
