I think that this unknown http://www.egafd.com/actresses/gallery.php/id/x05390 and this one http://egafd.com/actresses/gallery.php/id/x05639 may be one and the same.

Face lines and body type match. 'Bizarre Begierde' is dated 1992 while the titles of 5390 are from 1990 and 1991 and all those movies are all from the same bunch of german-french directors that we know often worked together back then, sharing the same locations and the same casts. So it may very well be.

Very similar, but I'm not 100% sure.

There's a suggestive similarity but I can't get past how 'young' the former
looks, and how 'mature' the latter. I'd have to see the flicks side-by-side.

I concur. One (XNK5390) looks rather young, while the other appears older (XNK5639).
If one could see other caps of the latter "older" actress showing her dentition, it would settle the matter (as the former sports some crooked broken teeth in front).
