searching really good films/loops at the doctors'

Hello,
Does anybody know real good Films or Loops set at doctor's surgery?
Something with good looking or attractive older actresses play the doctors?
May be from the 70/80s or newer ones (by which I mean the films, not the actresses:-))
Until now I have only seen crap and rubbish.
Maybe somebody has had more luck and can recommend something better.

Do you really mean "surgery" or scenes set in a doctor's office?
"Surgery" would NOT be very appealing subject (for a porn movie) even if it could be realistically shown in a low-budgeted porno movie.
There are plenty of euro and US movies set in a doctor's office, where little else goes on except quick sex encounters between male doctors (or occasionally female doctors) his staff (nurses, secretaries, etc) and patients.

There are hundreds of scenes (US made) shot for a web site (Brazzers) called "Doctor Adventures" and in many of them, they feature female doctors/dentists
