Hello,

dear People,

see "subject"!
What I get rented, is mostly of BB (Label), but every time I get angry about this absolute rubbish.

My question: is there s.th. reasonable, i.e. films with fictional contents including Incest?

The 4 parts of "Nena", which are real good, I have already got.
Does anybody know similar films?

Thanks in advance!
R. Zebrafink.

Have a nice second pentecost, or however it is called in English.
The Holy Ghost may help me understand your answers, if there are any!
I. Zebrafink !innocent!

The first 4 volumes of the TABOO series directed by Kirky Stevens back in the 1980's are probably the best of that kind, with number 1 being an all-time favorite and best-seller.

Recent incest-themed movies especially from Italy are as inane as they can get, and I have not seen any that is remotely interesting. Andy Casanova tries to inject a bit of drama and plot in his INCESTI ITALIANI series, but unfortunately they are brief episodes in his 3-part single volumes.

=The characters in the 4 TABOO volumes (not parts) are in some ways related but after volume 2 the storyline and their interaction do not necessarily follow.
=Yes I have seen them, and I have them buried somewhere in the batcave.
=Information about these movies?

TABOO 1
(1980,VCX,Standard, Alpha Blue)
dir: Kirdy Stevens
Plot: Barbara Scott (Kay Parker) is an attractive woman whose husband (Turk Lyon) has run off with his secretary. She is left alone with her teenage son, Paul (Mike Ranger), who has some unfilial feelings for her. Paul has a girlfriend named Sherry McBride (Dorothy LeMay) (who we will see again in TABOO II). Barbara has difficilty in fidning a job and gets sexually harassed at work. She goes to a party which turns out to be an orgy. When she returns home, she walks into her son's room and gets the hots for him. They have sex, she tries to dampen his passion for her and she given in once more to temptation. She tries to rebuild her life by marrying off to another man (Michael Marrosion), who really cares for her...

TABOO II
(1982,Standark,VCX)
dir: Kirdy Stevens
This sequel now moves to Sherry McBride's family. Barbara gets to have sex with Sherry's brother Junior (Kevin James). But Junior can't keep his hands off his sister Sherry. But the two are caught by their mother Joyce (Honey Wilder)when she unexpectedly returns home. Joyvce threatens and plans to tell her husband Greg (Eric Edwards), but Junior dissuedes her from doing so and the two have sex. The ever horny Sherry gets her sight on her father Greg and while mother is sleeping, Sherry sneaks in her parents bed and makes out with dad. While TABOO II is not as well developped and hot as the first TABOO, it still scores very high.

TABOO III
(1986,Standard)
dir: Kirdy Stevens
The third volume brings us back to the original Scott family. Paul has moved away and Barbara is now once alone with another son Jimmy (Jerry Butler). Jimmy is aware there was something illicit between his brother Paul and mother Barbara. She tries hard to resist also getting involved with her other son, but at the end she given in to the incestuous temptation. The movie's subplot also has Joyce involved incestuously with her other son (Blake Palmer). This third volume is more or less at par with volume 2

TABOO IV
(1985,Standard)
dir: Kirdy Stevens
Jeremy Lodge (Jamie Gilis) is a psychiatrist whose wife Alice (Cyndee Summers) is having an affair with his brother Billy (John Leslie). Uncle Billy screws his niece (Karen Summer) and Jeremy has sex with his niece (Ginger Lynn). At least that's what I recall. Barbara and Joyce has very minor parts to try to tie in with characters from previous trilogy.

Forgot to mention TABOO 5
(1987,Stadard)
dir: Kirdy Stevens
It features Colleen Brennan who has a split personality and is having an incestuous affair with her son Shone Taylor. Gillis is having problems with his unfaithful wife Amber Lynn who seems to prefer black lovers. Karen Summer seems to be aware of Gillis' tryst with Ginger Lynn, but she also wants to make it with her real father Gillis.
Subsequent evolumes of this TABOO series should be avoided as they do not deal with the incest theme.

The Taboo series is the same as "Nena", that was just the name under which it was released in Germany.

"Nena" was the title for the incest series Taboo American-Style, featuring Raven:

Taboo was a different incest series, and featured Kay Parker:

The Familie Immerscharf series of 8 films on the Tabu label, directed by the late Hans Billian were good. Certainly not as good as Billian's work in the 70's and early 80's but well worth a look.
