I think I got it! I think she's Suzette Dale. Just much more tanned than in her other movies, but she has the same Southern German accent.

I'm not 100% convinced that she is Suzette.
You are right, they both speak a Southern German accent.
Suzette states in a Buddy casting film, that she is from Ulm, which is in Swabia.
But "Linda" looks way older then Suzette and I think SF 9 is from 1996.
While the filmography of Suzette (at iafd) starts at 1998.
So SF9 must be a very early appearence of her.

Did you spot in SF 9 the moles on the left cheek (small), the left side of the neck, and left to her pussy?
