I think I may have known her name and seen the rest of the set at some time, but have forgotten.

The dick she's holding in the pic seems to be that of John Holmes, and that pic and the photo set you speak of probably was shot on the movie set of CALIFORNIA VALLEY GIRLS (1983), but I'm not 100% sure on that.
