Well, you at least have a name, 4WIW; although Google doesn't help much.
I don't doubt they're Russian clips; the 'rug' one I'm sure I've seen before-
it MIGHT, just might, be from one of the 'Lolitas Slaves' aka 'Young Czechs
Amators' volumes. Unfortunately, precise info on the dozen-or-so volumes is
pretty scanty so it's little more than a guess.

Some guy says the video is actually "speaking german, with weared accent (suize or holland)".
So what do you make of it?

It is german. The accent really sounds like somebody from Holland. The speaker calls the girl "Victoria" at 00:12.
The audio sounds rather odd. First I thought the speaker might be Harry S. Morgan. He calls the place "Harrys Stammkneipe" ("Harrys favorite pub") at 00:29 and the way of speaking fits H.S.M. in some places. In others it doesn't so I'm not at all sure about this
