Probably a question best asked of those who seem to either have them or are actively seeking info on them as google wont be much help given the same name has been used several times by American publications
fannatastic started a thread on VEF even to the point of working out who most(48 of 64 girls identified (75%)) of the models used were
None of the magazine sites I've come across or been referred to have them at all but i'm sure there are most likely other avenues that only a regular magazine buyer would know about
